PANEL 1: The young woman, wide-eyed, runs down the stairs of the Eiffel Tower. Around her are iron fences and walls, and other parts of the tower.
JOURNAL ENTRY: How can there be nobody in Paris?
JOURNAL ENTRY: It's Paris!
PANEL 2: Further down the stairs, nearly at the bottom. A bit of the area around the tower is visible through the iron. JOURNAL ENTRY: Nobody is here.
JOURNAL ENTRY: Is anybody coming?
PANEL 3: Zoom out, we see the Eiffel Tower in silhouette against a bright summer day sky.
